Enrollment
Students are registered for a specific class day and time. Spaces fill quickly and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the Enrollment Form to secure your space.
Tuition
Tuition will be processed at the time of enrollment.
Withdrawal
Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a partial tuition refund, written notice of withdrawal must be received at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first day of class. If proper written notice is provided within this window, 50% of the tuition will be credited to the payment method used at the time of enrollment.
Academy Cancellation: All classes require a minimum enrollment. If the Academy cancels a class due to low enrollment, all tuition will be fully refunded.
Student Supervision
Children under age 12 must be escorted into the Academy and remain with a responsible adult until their lesson begins. Parents must provide timely drop-off and pick-up. The Academy is not responsible for students before or after their assigned lesson time. Parents are welcome to stay in the reception area. If a student is tardy, the class will still end at its originally scheduled time.
Absence & Communication
Student Absences: Make-up classes are not provided for student absences. Any class canceled due to instructor absence will be made up.
Inclement Weather: In cases of inclement weather, please check the Academy voicemail, website, or Facebook page for updates. Classes canceled due to inclement weather will be made up via group workshop or private lesson.
Environment & Media Release
Food & Pets: No food, drinks (except bottled water), or pets are allowed inside the building.
Media Release: Photographs or video of students and families may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. To exempt your student, you must notify the Academy in writing at or before enrollment.
