The PopArts Experience
How it works
Signing up for PopArts is quick and easy. Register, pay right here on our website, and get ready for an amazing night! Here is everything you need to know:
- Ages 6-14
- Tickets are $40 per child and include arts instruction, pizza dinner, and a movie
- Prefer to bring your own dinner? Contact us!
- Please note any food allergies at the time of registration
- Registrations close 48 hours before each event, so grab your spot early!

- 4:45- 5:00 PM
Arrival & Check In. Get them settled with our friendly staff. Then enjoy yourself. You’ve earned it! - 5:00-6:45 PM
Arts Immersion. Hands-on, themed arts experience in music, theatre, visual art, or all three, centered around the night’s featured movie. - 6:45-7:00 PM
Clean Up & Wind Down. Wrap up the arts fun and wash hands. - 7:00-9:00 PM
Pizza, Movie, and a whole lot of happy kids. - 8:45-9:00 PM

FAQs
How do I register?
Registration is simple — sign up and pay directly on our website. We welcome registrations up until noon on the day (provided there is space) of each PopArts event, so don’t wait too long! Parents are welcome to register a friend’s child as well — just complete the waiver on the registration page on their behalf.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected at the time of registration directly on our website.
We offer two ticket options:
- $40 per child — includes arts, pizza dinner, and a movie
- $30 per child — arts and movie only; child brings their own dinner
What is your cancellation policy?
We know life happens, but please note that all PopArts registrations are non-refundable. We encourage you to pass your spot along to another family if your plans change. (Please note we would need wavier completed and contact information provided.)
What about food allergies and dietary needs?
Pizza is our dinner of choice and we are happy to offer a gluten free option — just note it at registration. PopArts is a nut-free event. If your child has any additional food allergies, please let us know on the registration form.
Prefer to skip the pizza? Select the no dinner option and send your child with their own meal. Please note that water is the only beverage served at PopArts.
What are your behavior expectations?
At CAA, kindness is everything and that extends to PopArts night! We expect all participants to treat fellow students and staff with respect. Children who are disruptive or unkind may be asked to sit out of an activity and in serious cases a parent or guardian may be contacted for early pickup (no refund provided). We want every child to have an incredible night and a warm, welcoming environment makes that possible for everyone.
What are the qualifications of your PopArts teachers?
Our PopArts teachers are experienced, professional teaching artists that are part of our CAA faculty. We complete thorough background checks on all teachers at CAA.
