Charlotte Academy of Music has been an incredible experience for both of our daughters through their musical theatre productions. The level of professionalism, talent, and heart poured into every production is truly exceptional. What has stood out most to our family is the strength of the music and choreography program. The vocal instruction and musical direction have helped our girls grow tremendously in confidence, technique, and stage presence. At the same time, the choreography is engaging, polished, and thoughtfully designed to challenge and develop performers at every level. We have watched both of our daughters grow not only as singers and actors, but especially in dance, movement, coordination, and overall performance ability. The productions themselves are nothing short of amazing — incredibly well organized, high quality, and full of energy and creativity. The instructors clearly care deeply about the students and create an environment that is both encouraging and inspiring while still maintaining high standards of excellence. We are so grateful for the impact Charlotte Academy of Music has had on our daughters both artistically and personally, and we highly recommend their musical theatre program to any family looking for outstanding training in music, dance, choreography, and performance.
