FAQs
How do I register?
Registration is completed online through our Summer Camp Enrollment Form. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend signing up early to secure your spot!
Are there any discounts available?
Yes! Register by March 15, 2026 and take advantage of our Early Bird Discount, applicable to one or more camps within a single family. Another great reason to sign up early! Campers who enroll by May 15th receive a free camp T-shirt.
What are the payment terms?
The full summer camp tuition will be processed at time of enrollment.
What are the drop-off and pickup policies?
Campers may be dropped off no more than 15 minutes before camp begins, and parents must pick up their child promptly at the end of each camp day. Please note that the Academy is not responsible for campers before or after designated camp hours. All children under the age of 12 must be escorted into the building by a responsible adult.
What should my child bring to camp?
Bring a water bottle each day clearly labeled with your child’s name. If your child attends a camp that includes a lunch break, please send your camper with a nut-free lunch. Please note there is no refrigerator access available, so please pack accordingly.
